The shoe size can vary based on the brand since some shoe brands run large and some small, but on average it'll be a comfortable fit for a women's 7 and a tight fit for a size 6. The length of the foot is about 8.25" long, but keep in mind that it is best for the foot display to run smaller than the size of the shoe for the purpose of easier dressing. Whereas real feet are soft and flexible, the display is rigid and designed to be smaller so it can fit into the shoe more easily.
