Amid ongoing concerns with COVID-19, we're operating under modified hours and implementing some changes in regards to walk-ins and local pick-up customers.
We're offering contactless curbside service on Mondays to Thursdays, by appointment only. All our used inventory have been placed online. Please email us for the current used inventory list.
Our warehouse is shipping orders out 4x a week (Mon-Thurs). All orders placed will have handling times up to 4 business days. We'll do our best to get all orders processed right away (most are shipped within 2 business days). Please be patient with us as we currently have limited staff.
We're not accepting expedited orders through our website at this time due to our new schedule. Instead please email us with your order details and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Expedited orders can only be shipped out on the days we are in (Mondays to Thursdays).
Please note that none of the carriers are offering delivery guarantees due to the pandemic, not even for expedited orders. We have seen some orders, including expedited ones, take an extra day or two for delivery.
FedEx and USPS will be operating in accordance to local restrictions. If shipping to a commercial business, do keep in mind that as businesses may be required to close by local officials, it is best to ship to a residential address to prevent delivery delays or undeliverable address returns.
Our rental services are currently suspended until further notice.
As we all know, the coronavirus situation is quite fluid. We will adjust accordingly to our local conditions and restrictions.
