Amid ongoing concerns with COVID-19, we're operating under modified hours and implementing some changes in regards to walk-ins and local pick-up customers.
We're offering contactless curbside pickups on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, by appointment only. Our showroom remains temporarily closed to the public. All our used inventory have been placed online. Please email us for more info.
Our warehouse is shipping orders out 3x a week. All orders placed will have handling times of 2-4 business days. We'll do our best to get all orders processed right away (most are within 2-3 business days). Please be patient with us as we'll have limited staff so social distancing can be maintained.
We're not accepting expedited orders through our website at this time due to our new schedule. Instead please email us with your order details and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Expedited orders can only be shipped out on the days we are in - Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
FedEx and USPS will be operating in accordance to local restrictions. If shipping to a commercial business, do keep in mind that as businesses may be required to close by local officials, it is best to ship to a residential address to prevent delivery delays.
Our rental services are currently suspended until further notice.
As we all know, the coronavirus situation is quite fluid. We will adjust accordingly to our local conditions and restrictions.
If you have any questions or need assistance, we are best reached by email - phone support will be unavailable on the days our warehouse is closed. We do have staff working from home answering emails on the days our warehouse is closed.
