Amid ongoing concerns with COVID-19, we're operating under modified hours and implementing some changes in regards to walk-ins and local pick-up customers.
Our warehouse is shipping orders out twice a week. All orders placed will have extended handling times of 2-4 business days. We'll do our best to get all orders processed right away but please be patient with us as we'll have limited staff so social distancing can be maintained. We won't be able to accept expedited orders at this time due to our new schedule.
FedEx and USPS will be operating in accordance to local restrictions. If shipping to a commercial business, do keep in mind that as businesses may be required to close by local officials, it is best to ship to a residential address to prevent delivery delays.
We're also offering contactless curbside pickups twice a week. Our showroom remains temporarily closed to the public.
Our rental services are currently suspended until further notice.
As we all know, the coronavirus situation is quite fluid. We will adjust accordingly to our local conditions and restrictions.
