To return items, please follow the instructions below. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping (applies to both returns and exchanges). All returns must be received back at our warehouse WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS from today's date. Late returns will be refused.
Include a copy of your order confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of order.
All items must be in its original packaging, unused and unmarked.
Place your item(s) AND the copy of the order confirmation inside a sturdy box, like the one your item(s) came in. Cross out or remove any older labels and barcodes.

You may use any carrier service to return the package but we suggest using a service that provides a tracking number. For high value items, it is recommended to insure the shipment for the value of the item. Most carriers provide the first $100 insurance value for free. If returning a small item that was part of a larger order, it's recommended to change to a smaller box as all carriers charge by the size of the box (smaller boxes will have lower shipping rates). For breakable items, you can also choose to add extra packaging in the box, as long as it's clean, such as adding bubble bags you've received from other orders.
SPECIAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If applicable, please be sure to return all bases, rods/poles, and any other parts that were included with your order. Please tape up the box securely on all sides as well as the flap edges to prevent items from sliding out of the box during the return transit.
Mannequins: Fiberglass mannequins are not the easiest items to ship as they can easily get damaged during transit. It is recommended that you rewrap the mannequin parts securely with the original bubble bags, put back into place the bubble sheets that line the sides of the box, use FedEx or UPS as the carrier, and purchase insurance for the mannequin in case of damage when it arrives back to us. Please be sure the base is in the same location as when it was shipped and is secure in the box, as the base is quite heavy and can crack the mannequin if it shifts from place during transit. If the mannequin is damaged when it is received by us, we will not be able to accept the return. If insurance is purchased, you may file a damage claim with FedEx or UPS and they will fully compensate you.
Glass Bases: If your order includes a glass base, please have the glass base packaged back in its original sleeve cover with the original bubble padding securely wrapped around the base.
